- Please do so within the first 8 hours of placing the order (by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us).
- If your cancel request is made within 8 hours of placing the order it shall be accepted and the net amount will be refunded once we receive from our financial partners after deducting the charges from our financial partners.
How do I cancel an order?
- You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped.
- In case your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, to cancel Contact Us.
- Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case a delivery has already been made.
How do I return a product for a new replacement?
- For replacement, notify us with reasons for the replacement within a week from delivery date.
- Please ensure that the product is returned in the original condition you had received it.
- On valid return requests, we will send you a new replacement within a week at no extra cost.
